We were at the New Jersey Association for the Deaf (NJAD) and New Jersey Registry Interpreters for the Deaf (NJRID) National Conference last Saturday, November 7th.
It was a wonderful experience to see the two organizations to work together for the first time. The theme “Unleash the Power of Diversity in the Deaf Community, NJAD & NJRID: Unity + Diversity = Strength” marks New Jersey’s first joint conference with our 20 plus years. Kudos to Carrie & Monica and Thank you Phil & Doug for helping out ASL exhibit booth. A wonderful day!
